If you transact on the Website or App, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to such transaction. Your use of this Website and App constitutes your binding agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices, which are subject to amendment without notice.

- Passports must have a barcode;

- The name on the passport should match the name on other documents provided for visa purposes.
Force majeure
Neither we nor our affiliates shall be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to acts of war, sabotage, embargo, terrorism, riot or civil commotion, transportation failure, acts of government or courts, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Both parties will use their best efforts to overcome and offset the effects of any such event, and obligations will resume once the cause has ceased. - We merely provide a platform enabling access to travel services offered by travel agents. Any contract for sale of products or services is a strictly bipartite contract between you and the travel agent; we are not a party to it.

Ensuring quality
We aim to ensure prompt redress of any deficiency in service reported by a traveler, and may, at our discretion, provide credit vouchers covering full or partial payment received from the traveler.
