This is the northernmost state of India and borders Bhutan, Myanmar, and China. It was the part of the Indo-Sino War with China and Tibet claiming parts of the states as South Tibet.

This is a rich and extremely diverse state with more than 30 languages with the official language being English. The main languages spoken here are Nyishi, Tagin, Adi, and Apatani. The food is renowned and delicious and includes a lot of bamboos which is common in the area; fermented food is also normal in this part of the country.

Arunachal Pradesh has various places to visit for a holiday-maker. The most popular place to visit is Tawang, which is home to the largest monastery in India. Roing waterfalls, Itanagar, Namdapha National Park, and Ziro Valley are all frequently visited places with wildlife sanctuaries and scenic places that are hard to match in beauty. Not just that, there are also beautifully carved temple ruins that are steeped in legends. There have been many archeological finds in the state that dates back to 11,000 years old, back to the Neolithic times, making it a perfect cultural hub for historians and archeologists.
